Step into the corridor of curiosities at National Archives of Australia, where shadows hold tales of wonder and whispers of the past beckon you to explore.

Venture deeper into our curiosity cabinet filled with intriguing objects from our exhibition, In real life: inventors, innovators, and opportunists, each artifact echoing stories of innovation and ingenuity. Travel through time and unleash your creativity in our hands-on display, imagining your own adventure through Australia’s rich history. Beware of Queen Victoria’s ghost roaming the corridor, who may reveal her signature on the Australian Constitution Act of 1900!

Afterwards, relax in the theatrette, where a collage of archival images offers a glimpse into the unusual and curious.
