Feast with Jennifer Wong & Friends

Feast is part of Luminous Ideas at Canberra Theatre Centre — a series of illuminating talks, performances and conversations presented during the opening weekend of Enlighten Festival.

Delight in an afternoon of stories and conversations that will make you laugh, feed the soul, and take you to unexpected places.

Featuring Costa Georgiadis (Gardening Australia), author Durkhanai Ayubi (Parwana: Recipes and Stories from an Afghan Kitchen), Gavin Chan (Happy’s Chinese Restaurant owner), author Madeleine Gray (Green Dot, Chosen Family), and local emerging writer Viraji Wijekoon Mudiyanselage.

Expect sweet and sour family tales, salty confessions, and long-simmered reflections, hosted by comedian and FEAST creator Jennifer Wong (Chopsticks or Fork?).

As seen at Sydney Fringe and Sydney Writers’ Festival, with all-new stories for one afternoon in Canberra, followed by author signings and book sales by The Book Cow.
