We’re happy to have you as part of the Enlighten program for 2025! To ensure we promote you effectively, we’ve outlined the key information we need for our website and social media.
Please follow the guidelines below when supplying us with your biography, images and logos (where relevant) to ensure we can get your information up on the website as soon as possible.
Images that do not meet the required specifications cannot be used on the Enlighten channels, so please make sure yours meet the requirements.
Please note the size requirements below to ensure your image fits the website’s design properly
This image will serve as the main feature on your page as the banner, so it should be eye-catching and aligned with the content. It will also be used as the thumbnail image on the program overview page.

Any supplied images with text/logos cannot be used
If the image includes people please ensure they are in the centre third (horizontal) of the image as the banner will cut off the top and bottom of the image, (example below)
If the images provided don’t meet the above requirements, generic images will be used in their place until we receive ones which meet the specifications.
Please submit at least one high-quality press-worthy image, as well as an alternative image for promotional use.

To accompany your imagery on our website, we require promotional text that introduces you and describes your event, workshop, activation or involvement. To ensure consistency and clarity across all channels, please adhere to the following guidelines:

We welcome video submissions for consideration in our social media campaigns. However, please follow these requirements closely to ensure your video meets our standards:
