This sculptural marvel employs projection mapping to wrap the entire structure with mesmerizing visuals that can be appreciated from any vantage point. Viewers are encouraged to climb into the central ring, serving as both a meditative space and a source of breathtaking photo opportunities, creating interaction and shared experiences among spectators. Hypnotic visuals seamlessly meld with a contemplative soundtrack, creating an otherworldly portal where the audience is transported to the realm of the stars while standing firmly on Earth’s soil.

Accessible from 5pm but be sure to visit after dark for the full experience.

About The Artist

Jay Tettamanti is the award-winning innovative force behind Chalk River Labs, a Melbourne-based creative studio specialising in the art of projection sculptures. With a passion for touring with light based art, Jay has honed a unique talent for crafting experiential installations that seamlessly integrate projection, audio, and sculpture, cleverly designed into travelling artworks.

Jay has over 15 years of experience working in the audiovisual arts industry, including roles as the Technical Director for the Centre for Projection Art, Touring AV technician for the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), and when not travelling with his own work, is currently a Touring Art Technician with Amigo and Amigo.
