Paid Ticketed Events
Ticketek is the primary event ticketing agent for ENLIGHTEN 2012 paid events.
Visitors to ENLIGHTEN 2012 are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased at each venue on the evening of the event.
Tickets purchased from the venue box office on the evening of the event will incur an additional surcharge. Free Ticketed Events
Eventarc is a secondary agent for Enlighten 2012 free ticketed events at the National Library of Australia only.

Free Events
There are a number of ENLIGHTEN 2012 events that are free / open house and do not require a ticket to gain entry. Access is subject to venue capacity.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Please refer to each venue website for the specific conditions of entry for each event.
EVENT CANCELLATION AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
- If an event is cancelled by ENLIGHTEN Management ticket holders to that event will be entitled to a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment Events In Australia.
- If an event is cancelled information will be posted on canberrafestival.com.au enlightencanberra.com.au, visitcanberra.com.au, the Facebook and Twitter pages for visitcanberra and information will be released on local radio stations. Ticketek will activate a cancellation message via email and SMS to ticket holders (subject to the time of the cancellation).
- Some elements of ENLIGHTEN 2012 take place outdoors and are subject to changing weather conditions. The outdoor elements of events will continue in the case of rain and will only be cancelled if the weather conditions are considered dangerous by Enlighten Event Management. This may occur at short notice.
- The outdoor programming within the East and West Zones in the Entertainment Precinct is not ticketed.
